The First Five Years of Marriage

The First Five Years of Marriage
The first five years of marriage are predictive of the lifespan of the marriage and therefore expedient for people to teach newlyweds survival skills for marriage. With more and more families headed by single parents, and parents living apart for economic reasons children now grow up without a balanced view and orientation of how a two-parent family operates. All over the world young adults from single parent or dysfunctional homes are having a hard time figuring out how to be a husband, wife, father, a mother and marital partner. Many struggle to survive beyond the honeymoon blues. This course offers post wedding information, how to identify the six points of differentiations in marriage, and how to build a team. It is designed for newlyweds, counselors, youth counselors, religious and community leaders and single grandparents. There is compelling evidence that post wedding counseling/education is more effective than premarital counseling/education.
